Providing assistance to navigate these services ensures they can receive the help they need without feeling lost or frustrated.

This includes practical skills development as well as connecting them with essential resources and services to enhance their overall well-being.
Wood Buffalo Housing and Development Corporation (WBHDC) and STHT partnered to open Centennial House in 2005. Centennial House is a unique and pivotal part of STHT Support. It is an 8-plex apartment building owned and operated by WBHDC. One unit has been renovated to be used as a common area for STHT to offer programming, events, and activities.
Individuals wishing to move into Centennial House must work with STHT for a minimum of three months to ensure this program is a good fit to meet their desired goals, complete a WBHDC housing application and obtain WBHDC approval before moving into Centennial House.
